EVENT RECAP
The 3rd season of the Mt. Hood Fusion Series came to an end Sunday. Hundreds of competitors came out over the six weeks of this year's series to show off and sharpen up their skills at the lineup fun events; Slopestyle, Giant Slalom, J-Turn Caving Competition, Speed Trap, Skier/Boarder X, and Obstacle Course.
With 8 competitive categories at each event it took an amazing lineup of sponsors to make this series possible and make sure those who placed at the events were hooked up with great prizes. Thanks to Game Crazy, Monster, Subaru, Nikita, New Belgium Brewing, Skull Candy, Amplid, Chromatic Belief, Rack Attack, Atomic, Freeskier Magazine, Snowboard Magazine, and Fuel TV.
Serious series enthusiasts engaging a minimum of 4 events battled for the position of Overall Series Winner. After a six week neck to neck battle the following competitors took home more than just bragging rights- they each received a Mt. Hood Fusion Pass for winter season 2010-2011 and $200 towards purchases at Game Crazy. Congrats to our overall series winners.

Back by popular demand, the Fusion Series begins February 7th!
The series is made up of mixed events that bounce back and forth between Timberline and Mt Hood Skibowl intended for all fun-seeking skiers and riders.
Registrations run from 9am-11am at that weeks hosting resort. Each competitor must register for each event, and NO late entries will be allowed - so set those alarm clocks. All events start at 11:30am.
Participate in individual events, or the entire series. It's up to you! We keep it flexible so you can maximize the fun. But if you do participate in at least 4 of the events, you'll be eligible for some great stuff -- read on...

To try something new in a low pressure scene, practice your skills, challenge your friends and make new ones. (Did we mention 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at each event, in each category, take home a prize from our awesome sponsors.)
Why do multiple events? Participate in a minimum of 4 of the 6 events and you’re in the running for an amazing prize package. We will use your top 4 scores. The single highest scoring competitor in EACH category will take home a Fusion Pass for winter season 2010-2011 and hundreds of dollars in hookups from our friends at Game Crazy.
