Frequently Asked Questions

What ski areas can the Fusion Pass be used at?
The Fusion Pass is valid at Timberline, Timberline Summit Pass, and Mt. Hood Skibowl.
Where can I buy the Fusion Pass?
Check out our 'Buy Your Pass' page. There are many options for you to choose from. If you buy your pass online within Tier 1, it will be mailed to you. If you buy your pass online within Tier 2, you’ll be provided a printable receipt that you can bring to any of our sales locations to pick up your actual pass (which means less waiting in line when you get up to the mountain!).
Are passes refundable if the season is shortened?
Fusion Pass products are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Is this web site secure?
The ecommerce portions of our site are secured with 2048-bit SSL certificate. This means your personal information is encrypted when you make a purchase online. Your information is safe with us!
Do I need to fill out any forms to get my pass?
Just one, and it’s an easy one. Each individual getting a pass will need to fill out our application and liability release form. For individuals under 18, it must be signed by a parent or guardian. To make life easy, you can complete the waiver, before coming to pick up your pass. Be advised, opting out of the Release of Liability Agreement results in a price increase for Fusion season passes.
Is it really this easy to get a season pass?
It sure is. Two great ski areas. One low price. Endless fun. We hope to see you up on Mt. Hood this winter!
I still have questions… who do I call?
You can reach Timberline at (503) 272-3158 or Skibowl at (503) 272-3206. We are happy to assist you!
